That is not a campaign line. It is a description of where Eton is and where it is going. Eton was established in 2007 with a straight forward belief: that the right property, in the right location, built with integrity and delivered on time, could change how people live and work in the Philippines.Nineteen years on, that belief has not changed. What has changed is the scale of our commitment to it.
We have developed over 36 projects across Metro Manila and Laguna — residential communities, commercial centers, office developments, mixed-use townships, an events venue, a hotel, and serviced residences. Two townships completed. Thousands of homes, offices, and commercial spaces delivered. And behind all of it, the backing and confidence of the Lucio Tan Group.
What we are building toward is something that cannot be counted in projects alone.
