- Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Previous experience as an executive, department head or senior manager level
- With progressive experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance and taxation, preferably with a public listed company and in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and National Tax laws.
- Experience in handling BIR audits
- Knowledgeable in using computerized accounting system, preferably SAP.
- Proficient in basic MS application and tools.
Sr. Accounting Manager New
- Must be a BSA graduate, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- At least 9 years extensive experience in Receivable Accounting/management and Local Taxes of a real estate company.
- Knowledgeable in using computerized accounting system, especially SAP.
- Proficient in basic MS application and tools.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Hardworking and responsible to any tasks assigned by any Superior.
- Ability to handle work pressure.
Budget Manager New
- Must be a BSBA Graduate, preferably a CPA
- At least 8 years of experience, preferably in the Real Estate Company
- With working knowledge on using computerized Accounting System, preferably SAP

Marketing and Events Officer
- Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or any related course;
- Must have at least four-years working experience in a Marketing function such as in events management, promotions and advertising

Budget Analyst
Sr. Accounting Assistant
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant but not required
- With at least 2 years relevant working experience in preparing monthly accrual, monthly amortization, receivable reconciliation and deposit reconciliation
- Must be proficient in basic MS Application and Tools
Accounting Assistant (Payables)
- Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or other related field
- With at least 2 years’ relevant experience in processing of payables is an advantage
- With working knowledge on using computerized accounting systems preferably SAP
- Must be highly analytical and keen on details
- With working knowledge on using MS Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc.)
Administrative Assistant
- A bachelor's degree holder in any course
- Must have 1 year working experience as administrative assistant in real-estate or property management and operations in high rise building particularly in residential set-up
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, i.e. printer, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Accounting Analyst
- Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant or with prior experience in financial reporting and analysis
- With at least 3 years’ relevant experience in preparation of financial reports and financial analysis on account balances and variance analysis on account movements;
Accounting Assistant (PMG)
- Must be a graduate of 4 year business related course, Accounting /Finance / Business Administration / Management
- At least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable / Collection
- Preferably with knowledge in computerized accounting system e.g. IPAS, Quick Books.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Legal Assistant
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management or any related course
- With at least 1-year relevant experience in documentation for compliance, liaising functions with various government agencies and transmits original titles and tax declaration
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office
- Willing to do field works
IT Audit Lead
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Board Passer
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ITIL, CISSP, CISM or other related professional certification
- At least 5 years of meaningful and progressive external or internal audit experience, with 2 years in senior role
- Adept in internal audit methodology and internal audit process, ISO 27001, Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT)
Internal Audit Lead
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other related professional certification, is a plus
- At least 5 years of meaningful and progressive external or internal audit experience, with minimum 2 years in senior role
- Adept in technical accounting, internal audit methodology and international standards for the professional practice of internal audit; prior success in conducting internal audits
- Solid understanding of risk and control concepts. Ability to apply these concepts to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of business processes and controls
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power point, Visio)
- Knowledgeable in SAP ERP system
Building Engineer
- A Registered Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineer.
- At least 4-year experience in Property/Building Management.
- With knowledge on equipment maintenance, construction and project management.
- With good interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Can work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- With above average communication skills.
Residential Leasing Specialist
- To be the point of contact for leasing inquiries at the assigned residential property and act as company representative by enumerating the benefits of leasing a property with EPPI.
- Graduate of any four-year college course, preferably business management, marketing or any related course;
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience with knowledge in property leasing and tenancy management, preferably with experience in leasing of properties.
Purchasing Officer
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or Business course.
- Must have a 5-year relevant experience in Purchasing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Must have the ability to identify market trends and make decisions in fast-paced environment.
