First-Ever TITOlympics Brings Fun, Laughter, and Wellness to Eton Centris in Quezon City
On June 7, 2025, Eton Centris proudly hosted the first-ever TITOlympics—a novelty gamefest that brought together “titos” and Tito-at-hearts for a full day of laughter, connection, and community wellness in the heart of Quezon City.
Held at the Eton Centris Activity Center, the event transformed an ordinary Saturday into a celebration of nostalgic Filipino games, lighthearted competition, and meaningful conversation. TITOlympics was designed to promote men’s mental health awareness in a fun, approachable setting—drawing in guests of all ages and proving that Tito-style doesn’t come with a birth year.
A Tito-Fueled Day of Games, Music, and Meaning
From quirky relays to throwback challenges, the energy was unmistakably Tito. The games lineup featured Tissue-Drink Relay, Tito-mbrang Preso, Shot Pong, Toss the Ring, Tolits Relay, and the ever-photo-worthy Strike-a-Tito Pose.
While laughter took center stage, the event also opened space for important conversations on self-care and emotional wellness—topics often skipped in traditional wellness circles.
Where Fun Meets Wellness: A Community-Centered Celebration
One of the event’s standout features was the free wellness zone, made possible by the Quezon City Health Department. Attendees availed of medical consultations, cholesterol and blood sugar checks, and even mental health support—reminding everyone that wellness doesn’t have to be somber. Sometimes, it starts with a laugh, a game, or a moment of shared presence.
Eton Centris continues to support events that promote inclusive community experiences, merging public health with Filipino culture and creativity.
Tito Wisdom, Talks, and Stage Highlights
The TITOlympics 2025 stage featured a lineup of speakers and performers who blended humor with heart.
- Stanley Chi, comedian and author, dished out classic Tito-style humor and practical life tips.
- Bong Nebrija, known for his leadership in public service, shared stories of grit and growth.
- Jun Sabayton, always the satirical genius, kept the crowd engaged with his signature wit.
- Lordy Santos, aka “Tito Mong the Psychologist,” led thoughtful conversations on men’s emotional health.
The program closed with live performances from Locomoco, Zionneh, and the Leigacy Girls, blending nostalgia and good vibes into a perfect Tito-approved soundtrack.
Wellness, Humor, and Titohood—All in One Place
From novelty booths and play areas to the hit “Bring Your Single na Tito” matching game, the event proved that wellness can be loud, playful, and delightfully Tito.
As Shalom Atienza, Executive Creative Director of Ideascape Manila, shared:
"We built TITOlympics as a space where men could show up as themselves—no pressure, no expectations. Just joy, connection, and community."

With TITOlympics 2025, Eton Centris once again affirmed its role as a hub for community events in Quezon City that spark meaningful engagement—blending wellness, culture, and pure Filipino fun.
Here’s to more slow Saturdays, shared stories, and unforgettable Tito moments—with heart, humor, and a whole lot of laugh lines.
