The Official Start of Eton Properties’ Sustainability Movement
At Eton Properties Philippines, building communities goes far beyond bricks and blueprints—it’s about making every square meter matter. On August 1, 2025, Eton officially launched Beyond Green, its long-term sustainability and social responsibility campaign, with a heart-led outreach across schools, shelters, and homes for the elderly.
Timed during Nutrition Month, the kickoff activity embodied what Beyond Green stands for: sustainable, community-powered giving that creates lasting impact.
A Sustainability Program Rooted in Care
Beyond Green is more than just a CSR umbrella—it’s Eton’s growing commitment to promote eco-conscious practices, empower communities, and create meaningful experiences tied to its properties and people.
It reflects Eton’s belief that true development leaves communities better—not just built. Building doesn’t end with concrete; it continues through the people, places, and purpose it helps nurture.
The August 1 outreach was the first official act under this new banner—and it was deeply intentional.
Giving Back Where We’re Rooted
These organizations are located in the same cities and communities where Eton developments stand. From Quezon City to Manila to Laguna, these efforts reflect a deeper intention: to give back to the communities that surround the company’s projects and people.
Volunteers from Eton visited three organizations, bringing with them fresh produce—some harvested directly from the Eton’s very own plant nursery at Eton City in Laguna, and some purchased from farmers supported by the Tan Yan Kee Foundation—along with essential goods and time spent in service.
This approach not only nourished the communities visited but also supported local livelihoods and sustainable sourcing—reflecting Beyond Green’s intent to give back in multiple, meaningful ways.
Bahay Tuluyan: Supporting Children’s Rights

This organization is a safe space for children who’ve been through difficult situations. Volunteers arrived with fresh produce and essential items to support Bahay Tuluyan’s daily needs, helping ensure that the children in their care continue to receive the nourishment and protection they deserve.
Second Chance Aspin Shelter: Giving Rescue Animals a Second Shot

Home to over 40 dogs and 20 cats, this shelter in Laguna is all about second chances. Eton volunteers helped out with donations and spent the day showing love to furry friends still waiting for forever homes.
DSWD GRACES: Honoring the Elderly

In Quezon City, a visit to DSWD GRACES, a home for abandoned and neglected senior citizens, was a reminder of how powerful presence can be. Along with food and supplies, volunteers shared stories, smiles, and simple moments of connection with the residents.
This multi-sector outreach effort underscores Eton’s belief that real estate development must be rooted in care—for people, places, and all living communities.
More Than One Day: A Growing Movement Across Communities
The Beyond Green launch builds on several initiatives that came earlier this year—each one a small but intentional step toward building a more sustainable, inclusive future:
- Brigada Eskwela 2025 – Nearly 200 volunteers helped clean, repair, and revitalize public schools in Laguna, Quezon City, and Manila in time for the new academic year.
They spent the day doing what might seem like simple tasks—painting classrooms, fixing small repairs, cleaning trash bins, and bringing school supplies. But these little acts add up. With every brushstroke and clean corner, students now have a more inviting space to return to. - TITOlympics at Centris – A community-led mental health and wellness event that brought together employees and residents through nostalgic Filipino games. What began as lighthearted fun became a meaningful space for connection, awareness, and support—especially for men’s mental health.
- Bahay Liwanag Turnover – In Nueva Vizcaya, four new homes were turned over to families in need. More than just roofs and walls, these homes represent new beginnings—built with dignity, filled with hope, and grounded in care.
- Earth Hour 2025 Participation – Across Eton’s developments, lights were turned off in symbolic unity for Earth Hour. Through eco-promises and mindfulness activities, the campaign encouraged reflection on everyday habits and collective environmental action.
- Partnership with DENR’s “Trash Talk” – Through a series of educational drives across Eton-managed properties, the campaign promoted better waste management practices. From segregation tips to real-life application, the effort aimed to embed environmental responsibility into daily routines.
Building Green. Living Better. Giving More.
Beyond Green is not a one-off campaign. It’s a forward-facing commitment that will continue to shape Eton’s developments, culture, and community involvement.
As Eton marks its 18th anniversary with the Beyond18 campaign, the company renews its purpose to go beyond profit and progress—and give back with intention.
Because in between the foundations and floors, what really matters is what gets built in people’s hearts.
