Eton Properties Joins Brigada Eskwela 2025: Championing Education Through Volunteerism
Eton Properties, through its estate management arm Eton Properties Management Corporation (EPMC), reaffirmed its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and nation-building by actively participating in Brigada Eskwela 2025.
This year’s initiative spanned key locations across Laguna, Quezon City, and Metro Manila, continuing Eton’s long-standing support for public schools through employee volunteerism and community outreach.
Nearly 200 Eton employees came together to help prepare learning spaces for the upcoming academic year—taking part in repainting, minor repairs, trash bin cleaning, and the donation of essential supplies. These efforts reflect Eton’s belief that real estate is not just about buildings—it’s about building better communities.
In Quezon City, 80 volunteers dedicated time and effort to Pinyahan Elementary School, helping repaint classrooms, clean up areas, and repair electrical fixtures. The team also donated 55 dustpans and 30 brooms to support ongoing cleanliness initiatives.
In Metro Manila, 40 team members worked on repainting and cleaning the exterior walls of Araullo High School, alongside the donation of 12 trash bins to help promote a cleaner campus environment.
Meanwhile, in Laguna, 50 volunteers conducted a cleanup drive at Malitlit Elementary School, helping create a safer, more welcoming space for students and teachers.
This initiative is part of Eton’s broader CSR efforts to uplift Filipino communities through education, wellness, and inclusive development. The spirit of bayanihan was strongly felt as Eton employees—regardless of role or rank—came together to serve.
By joining Brigada Eskwela 2025, Eton Properties reinforces its role as a partner in progress—committed not only to delivering quality developments, but to investing in the people and places that shape the future.
