In Quezon City, Eton has delivered the 38­storey all­loft development, the Eton Emerald Lofts in Ortigas Center, and the North Belton Communities, which houses The Manors, the West Wing Villas and the West Wing Residences. The company also successfully finished its horizontal projects at Eton City in the South, among them South Lake Village and River Bend.   CURRENT PROJECTS Eton Properties continues to sustain existing commercial developments, specifically Eton Centris, a 12­hectare business district development in Quezon City consisting of well­planned office blocks and vibrant retail and leisure spaces.
