Centris Walk at Eton Centris recently held its Christmas tree lighting ceremonies in celebration of the Yuletide Season. Its 45ft-tall tree is situated amidst the iconic modern canopies called Constellations. These architectural marvels that light up in different soft colors provide a stylish backdrop to the Christmas tree bedecked with colorful lights and trimmings. A grand fireworks show held everyone's attention as it filled the evening with fun revelry. The Heralds Choir serenaded the crowd with Yuletide favorites from classic Christmas carols to upbeat pop songs. The young and old alike were also delighted to see Santa Claus who came in riding his Magic Sleigh. Kids had the time of their lives as they sit on his lap and had their photo taken with Santa. Exciting Yuletide activities are lined up this December at Centris Walk, beginning with the "Simbang Gabi" the traditional nineday novena masses at 6 p.m. from Dec. 15 to 23. Those who want to go shopping away from the madding crowd at the malls, they can visit the food bazaar where abundant choices await them. The Christmas food bazaar is open from Dec. 15 to 23 from 3 to 11 p.m., while the famous SIDCOR market runs every Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Various choirs will be serenading shoppers with Christmas songs. There's also Lazer Maxx, the country's biggest and only three-level Laser Tag Arena and the BungeeFun are great for those who want some adrenalin-pumping action. The standing-ride Wowowheels are fun rides for kids and adults. Yearend celebration at Centris Walk happens on Dec. 27 at 6 p.m. Bring the whole family and have fun time dancing to Mike Chan and Anthem's extensive repertoire of pop and R and B tunes. Help send kids to school as Project PH Artists liven the night away. Capping the celebration will be a grand fireworks display. Families and friends can celebrate the holidays with reunions and get-togethers at Centris Walk's array of restaurants like Asya, Pho Hoa, My Thai, The Pancakfe House, Jack's Loft, Mazza Shawarma, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Tutti Frutti, Ramen X, Soya Bar and Yang Chow Dimsum & Tea House.
