Eton Properties Shines with Four Major Wins at 2025 FIABCI Real Estate Awards

Eton Properties adds another feather to its cap with four major wins at the prestigious 2025 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards of FIABCI Philippines held in Quezon City.

The Company earned two Gold Awards: Eton Tower Makati won the Mixed-use Development category, recognized for its premium amenities and seamless integration of residential and commercial spaces in the heart of Makati’s central business district.

Eton City Square, located in the expansive 600-hectare Eton City township in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, received top honors in the Retail category. The project has significantly contributed to the growth of commercial tenants, particularly in food and lifestyle sectors, enhancing community life by offering more choices to residents, passersby, and generating local employment.

Additionally, Eton City garnered a Silver Award for its master-planned community, praised for its sustainable and integrated urban design. Centris Cyberpod Five, part of the Cyberpod series within the Eton Centris township in Quezon City, also received a Silver Award in the Office category, commended for its intelligent design and significant contribution to the local business environment.
