Eton Success Series: Breaking Boundaries, Embracing Possibilities
Manila, Philippines – March 14 2025 – The Eton Success Series has evolved beyond a learning session—it is now a dynamic platform fostering collaboration, transparency, and engagement between leadership and employees. This initiative strengthens alignment across departments and provides an avenue to showcase key achievements, ongoing initiatives, and future plans that drive the company forward.

A Candid Conversation with Leadership
One of the highlights of this session was the open Q&A with Eton’s top executives—CEO Kyle Tan, COO Adrian Chua, and CFO Che Mutuc—where they addressed employee questions with honesty and insight.

If Eton were a movie, what would its title be—and what’s the plot?
“I’d see it as a hero’s journey—a story of resilience, transformation, and breaking barriers. We’ve faced challenges, but we’re now at a turning point. This is where we step up, embrace change, and push beyond our limits to become something greater. The journey won’t be easy, but the best stories never are.”

What’s the biggest misconception about leadership’s decisions?
“That we don’t care about our people. The truth is, every decision we make is with our employees in mind. Change can be difficult, but it’s always aimed at long-term growth—not just for the company, but for the people who make it what it is.”

If our budget were a personal finance plan, what’s one ‘luxury’ we should invest in?
“Technology, systems upgrades, and hiring high-caliber talents. But I wouldn’t call it a luxury—it’s an investment. The more we invest in efficiency, innovation, and the right people, the more we empower our teams to work smarter, drive excellence, and elevate Eton to new heights.”
Empowering Every Department
The event also featured departmental presentations, where leaders outlined key milestones, current initiatives, and strategic priorities moving forward. Each team had 5-10 minutes to showcase:
✔ Major achievements that contributed to company growth
✔ Ongoing projects driving innovation and operational efficiency
✔ Upcoming plans aligned with Eton’s long-term vision
✔ Challenges and opportunities where cross-team collaboration can help

Looking Ahead
With a renewed commitment to breaking boundaries and embracing possibilities, the Eton Success Series continues to strengthen the bridge between leadership and employees. As the company advances, every team member plays a role in shaping the journey ahead—because at Eton, success is always a shared story.
The Eton Success Series event also aligns with Eton Properties' celebration of its 18th anniversary, marking nearly two decades of innovation and growth. As part of the Beyond18 campaign, the company continues to embrace new possibilities and break boundaries, reinforcing its commitment to progress and excellence across its developments and operations.
