Eton Properties Philippines recently sealed a deal through a memorandum of agreement with Alfamart Philippines, one of the fastest-growing retail chains in the country, for the plans to expand its super mini-mart around the country. Eton is the fitting partner for Alfamart’s aggressive expansion, where it has around 36 projects across Metro Manila, offering high-end and mid-income high-rise and horizontal residential developments, office projects, commercial centers, and mixed-use estates.
